Day Ordering and Shipping Schedule

and processed as normal. An average of 2 week delivery time

Order Form Questions:
My order form is a 2 part process.
You must first fill out your order form with your items choices (colors,
size....) and then hit submit. Then come back to the same page and hit
the Buy Now Button...this will send you into the Shopping Cart area...where
you will pay for your items. Please feel free to

Payment:
I have many different options for payment.
Credit Cards - I accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express. The shopping cart will give you an option to
use your credit card....just choose the" I don't have a paypal account"
and it will connect you to the Credit Card Page.
Debit Cards -
I accept most debit cards as long as they
have the Visa or
Mastercard Logo. Please refer to the
credit card directions.
Paypal -
If you have a paypal account already
set up you can pay that way. I am a verified Paypal Merchant.
Check by Mail - I can accept check payment but
it does add to your delivery date...I must allow 10 business days for a check
to clear my bank and your bank before I can ship. If you would like to use
this option please use the comments box and I will email you my mailing
address.
Deposits -
If you have an order of $ 100.00 or
more I will accept a deposit of half now and half on delivery. Please contact
me via
email
if you would like to take advantage of
this offer.
Shipping:
Shipping and Handling Costs
Orders under $100 - $5.00
Orders over $100 - $8.00
Priority Shipping $9.00
This shipping and handling cost includes a protection
envelope, secure bubble wrapping and insurance. I ship with the USPS.
All items go First Class. The shipping time is usually 2 to 3 days.
Measurements:
This might be your most important task in ordering from
me...measuring your wrist....There is as little as 1 3/4" difference between a
Petite bracelet and a X- Large bracelet...but it can make a huge difference.
SO please measure carefully !
Petite 6 1/2 "
Small 7"
Medium 7 1/2"
Large 8"
X- Large 8 1/4"
How to measure: Take a flexable measuring tape ( or a string,
ribbon, or even a strip of paper) and measure around the bone area of your
wrist. Check it against a standard ruler and add 1/2" for comfort. SO
as an example you measured your wrist and it was 7" on the ruler so you
would order a 7 1/2" bracelet.

Resizing:
It happens and even though we all try to
make it perfect the first time there will be that occasional bracelet that is
either to small or too big. This happens on gift items also.
So this is my policy :
If it is too BIG I will resize it at no charge to you except
shipping. You also have the option of bringing it to me at an upcoming show
or place of business.
If it is too small then I charge $ 10.00 restringing fee per
strand. The reason for this is because I am required to basically make your
bracelet again....New wire...new crimps..everything taken apart and
restrung...Unless it is a mistake on my part. I always want you to be happy
and I want your bracelet to be
PERFECT !!

Gift Certificates:
I
do have gift certificates available. Pretty printed certificate on heavy card
stock. Wrap up in a shirt size box and you will make someone very happy.
For Mothers Bracelets: How I do this is
based on the number of children you have and the extras you may want to
include....for example if you have 2 children and want to add a dangle with
mom and dad's birthstones then your gift certificat would be for $70.00. This
would include your bracelet, dangle, shipping and tax (if VA resident).
