Q.  How long does my order take to arrive after I place it?   A.  It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.  If you need your items quicker, please let me know.   I can sometimes get them done a little sooner.

Q.  I filled out my order form but I had no place to make my payment?  My order process is in two parts.  you fill out your order form and then need to go back to the page with your product and hit the BUY NOW button.  If you do not do this within 24 hours , I will send you an invoice reflecting your amount.

Q.  Do you charge tax?   A. I only charge tax to VA residents.....its the law :)

Q. How do I figure out what size  to order for someone else?  A.  I have size charts here that can help.

Q.  I want to pay with my credit card but it says PayPal login on the shopping cart screen.  How can i use my credit card?          

  A.   If you look to the left of the PayPal login you will see the credit card icons

you just need to hit the "continue" button and proceed with check out.  I accept all credit cards including American Express.

Q.  Do you have more charms?           A.  YES YES YES...so many to choose from, I really cannot put them all online.  If you are looking for something special...just email me...I can send you pictures of a few choices....

Q.  Can I see your items in person?  Do you own a store?   A.   Yes, you can see my items in person.  I do shows almost every weekend in the Spring and Fall.  Mostly in MD and VA.   I do not own a store front just this ever growing website :)

Q.  Can I add 2 names to a Soldier bracelet?  A.  Yes, I can add a name on each strand.  It is $10.00.  You can also add an additional charm to represent another branch (Marines, Army.....)

Q.  What are the birthstone colors?    A.   Here is a good representation of the colors I use.   I only use genuine Swarovski crystals.
